He Bei Oumani Apparel Co., Ltd, is located in the Zhengding area of the Hebei Free Trade Zone in China, covering an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, adjacent to the Airport Bonded Zone. The company employs over 200 staff members and offers professional pant services encompassing fabric development, process design, and production manufacturing. 

The main business includes ODM and OEM orders for men's suit pants, slacks and outdoor sports pants, as well as group customization and high-end tailoring services. 

The company utilizes internationally advanced pant production lines, implementing an integrated workflow of cutting, sewing, and ironing for efficient operations. We are equipped with an automatic cutting bed system and a hanging assembly line that delivers finished products in as little as 72 hours from design to completion, with a finished product coming off the line every minute.

The inheritance of two generations.

 During the Spring Festival of 1987, "Self-employed people also need to set up factories!" Jia Junying threw this sentence at the dinner table of the family reunion. She used all her savings to buy machineries and equipments, installed machines in her yard and living room, and opened the Junying Garment Processing Workshop.

In the spring of 1984, in a small village in northern China, Jia Junying， the founder of Hebei Oumani Clothing Co,. Ltd. held on to the 80 yuan borrowed from relatives and set up her tailor's stall of less than two square meters in the corner of the farmers' market.

Jia Junying spent 9 years saving her first pot of gold in otder to build a factory. In 1996, Jia Junying built the first large factory in the northeast corner of the village and established Kuncheng Garment Co,. Ltd. After two expansions in the following 10 years, Jia Junying established Shijiazhuang Qianhaiqi Garment Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Hebei Oumani Clothing Co., Ltd., and moved to the current industrial park, and the small workshop became a garment industrial park covering an area of 20,000 square metres.

Today's garment industrial park has been successfully handed over from Jia Junying to the next generation of successors, her son Guo Song and her daughter Guo Jin. Starting from basic positions and becoming proficient in the company's business step by step，the brother and sister worked together and spent another 10 years leading today's Hebei Omani Clothing Co., Ltd. to successfully transform from the previous extensive management to a modern management model. Strive to improve product quality, and gradually develop the business scope from the previous wholesale sales channel to strategic cooperation with Chinese brands ODM business, as well as group customization and private customization business.
