Hebei Oumani Launches Quality Improvement Training to Elevate Product Standards

Created on 12.01
To enhance its product competitiveness in domestic and international markets, Hebei Oumani Clothing Co., Ltd. has rolled out a quality improvement training program targeting production teams.
The training focused on core quality control points: fabric defect identification, sewing precision, and compliance with international textile standards (e.g., ISO 105 for color fastness). During the session, the quality manager displayed samples of common issues—such as thread fraying and uneven hems—and taught employees to use visual inspection tools (e.g., standardized light boxes) to detect defects early.
"We also introduced the PDCA cycle method," the trainer explained, "so teams can track and resolve quality problems systematically." For example, the cutting department learned to reduce fabric waste by 5% through precise pattern alignment.
An inspector noted: "Previously, we only checked finished products, but now we know to monitor stitching tension during production." The training is expected to boost product qualification rates to 98% and meet the requirements of clients like European clothing brands.
